These terms explain what you can expect from GetHandymanHub.com and what we expect from you.
1. Our role
GetHandymanHub.com is a marketplace. We connect customers with independent service providers. We are not the provider of the work itself.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate details, keep your login secure and be responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud or abuse.
3. Jobs and quotes
Customers must describe jobs accurately. Providers must only quote for work they are competent and permitted to carry out.
4. Payments and commission
Payments are made through the platform. The agreed price, the platform commission and the provider payout are shown before payment. Funds are released to the provider after the customer confirms completion.
5. Conduct
No harassment, discrimination, off-platform payment requests to avoid fees, or sharing of other people's personal contact details.
6. Liability
Providers are responsible for their own work, insurance and licences. Disputes are handled through our dispute process.
